Default Identifying Type R head

How can you tell if its an actual Type R head or not?

Actual Casting (PR3-X):
* machined intake/exhaust ports from the valve guide to the valve seat
* green paint located by distributor
Internals:
* Dual valvesprings on both intake and exhaust valves
* Intake valve stems neck down to a diameter of 4.6mm before the head

ok i have a question.. " I HEARD THAT B16A2 HEAD'S aka em1 si have itr/ctr valves... true or false?

false.
the ITR and CTR Valves have a machined neck to reduce weight. B16 Valves are the same as GSR Valves, no swirl machine/polish.

I believe that means it is a B17A 1992 GS-R head.
