Been there, not fun..
Start by folding the rear seats down. Pry the rear-most plastic interior piece up to access the rod that ties the key lock cylinder and actuator together. It should manually release the latch for you.

I live in Texas, yes. Not exactly close to DFW though.
You will need to remove the tie downs from the rear also. They are on the bottom in the back, I believe they are 10mm bolts. Then remove the plastic phillips headed clips from the bottom. It's also secured by more clips at the top, which you cannot access until you get the hatch open. You can pry the plastic up just enough to get to the latch, but its a really tight fit.
If all else fails, you can always cut the plastic panel away. If it comes to that, I have an extra black one I'll sell you cheap.

You're in luck, I found a pic.
Yellow circles are the Phillips Head fasteners.
Red circles are where the 10mm bolts are that secure the tie downs. Apparently, not all Integra's have them though. Mine does..

Thanks for the pic that help out alot.! and oh which part of texas you from? are you going to the cupcake meet this weekend if you heard of it .
Yes, I've heard of it. I don't goto those meets or local events, when it comes to my car I just keep to myself. Too many thieves and vandals around now days.

really, I heard about the austin area with no much car thefts not like the dfw left and right.
When I built my first Integra, the thought of theft never crossed my mind. Times have changed.
It's not as bad here but I'm not taking any chances. I put too much of my time into my last build and I plan on keeping it forever. Just my weekend toy, no need for all of the attention.
