I checked my abs code that comes on every other time I drive the car. It's code 18 which is the high pressure system code...What's this mean?? What do I need to fix or replace??

I know this is an old thread, but it helped me out. I have a 96 Acura RL.(don't get to much help in that forum) So will this diagnosis be the same principle? If so I'll be replacing the modulator unit. Won't be cheap for the RL

My abs light has been on for a while now. I just drove the car down to the store today, and
on the way I heard this grind for like a second. I looked down at the instrument panel and
he abs light was off. Didn't know if this had anything to do with the abs or something else.
It was off the whole trip and when I got home I turned the car off and then back on to find
the abs light on again. What do you guys think?
