Are all ignition/spark coils the same in terms of quality/reliability?

Are all ignition/spark coils the same in terms of quality/reliability?
I need a new ignition coil for my 94' LS and I found one at Autozone for $70 but I also found a few on ebay for as low as $20 with shipping. Is there a difference in quality or reliabilitly with the cheap ones?
