Shifter not returning to Neutral??

Shifter not returning to Neutral??
Does anyone know how to fix this? I have a 2002 RSX 5spd.
If I push the shifter to the right (5th & reverse gear) the shifter will spring back to neutral as it should. But If I push it to the left (1st & 2nd gear) the shifter will stay there and will not spring back to neutral.
