Default GSR swap

I have a gsr with itr cams, dual valve springs, pnp very soon, stock gsr crank and ctr pistons which I got with the block. I'm about to out this motor in and I was wondering if the CTR pistons will work well the stock b18c1 block. It seems as though I may have to take the block to a machine shop just to get the pistons in (seems like their slightly too big for the cylinders), but before I do that I would like to know if there are any known issues putting CTR pistons in a gsr block. don't know if this helps but I also have a jvt aftermarket header and skunk2 intake manifold. Also I really like the idea of the ctr pistion because of their higher compression as I am going all motor.

This is the wrong forum for that question; try "all motor."

For now:

1) your compression will be just over 13:1
2) the high dome will limit your future cam choices
3) this has been covered in at least 50 threads. Search and you will find them.

As a new guy, the search button should be the first place you start.
