95 LS Integra wanting to Frank need help
So i want to Frank my LS to an LS/Vtech.
A friend of mine recomended using a B16 head.
Of your opinion which would be better a B16 head or
a B18C1 head?
Also to complete the "swap" what other components would be needed to
complete this?
I'm not extremely wet behind the ears when it comes to mechanics nor the B18 itself. I would just like some feedback and to cross check my steps thanks for the help!

Whew:
1. LS crank
2. LS rods
3. B16 pistons
4. Vtec head (I prefer a B16)
5. Vtec head needs to be tapped for an oil line
6. Oil sandwich plate
7. Oil line from plate to head
8. Intake (for what head you choose, gsr an b16 are different)
9. Dowels
10. Modified head gasket for dowels
11. ARP rod bolts for the ls rods (do it right)
Golden eagle makes a LS/vtec kit that has a bunch of stuff included.

That shows an 84mm bore but you need a 81mm bore.
Also need a Vtec dizzy, you can use a LS dizzy but you will need to cut the bottom right foot off and then i think only the top bolt lines up.
And a chipped OBD1 ECU
Im sure I am missing something but that is the gist of it.
