Icon2 89 Prelude over flowing power steering fluid

I put an engine from an 89 prelude 2.0si into my 91 2.0si, and the alternater died shortly after. Since i fixed the alternater my power steering fluid started overflowing from my reservoir. Any ideas what this is, or how to fix it???

Probably a check valve issue or clogged hose or the pump is indeed defective.
