what kinda track time should i expect

what kinda track time should i expect
i kno answers cannot really b given due to sooo many
factors needed to b taken into consideration, but i want some opinions on wht u will think i
should run...my goal is low 14s.....me in car should weigh 2400-2600 or so
its a 94 civic ex cp.....i'll b around 170-190whp...this may b dumb but i wanna c what u think i'll b capable of

btw i seen on here the "boosted sohc" thread, ppl with a similar setup as mine breakin 13s..true idk idc
but if i could get a greater time than 14.5 i'll b happy
