Default 50 shot n20 b18/b16 safe?

whats up. i have a old zex wet kit laying around and am deciding to throw in my 99 si. Im running an itr head, ctr cams, stock b16a2 block, k&N drop in air filter and a couple of other things here and there. Was wondering a 50 shot would be ok and safe..any numbers ill be seeing as far as HP, how often can i spray it. how about a 75 shot. anything else i need to get for it. thanks

Well, I have seen people run a 50shot on LS engines and they lasted for awhile and still see some running around here with them on them, but it depends on the tune for everything. You don't need to just get it throw it on and spray it, definately need to get it tuned for your motor.

you should be just fine with a 50 shot. All i did on my d (before i knew any better) was retard timing at the distributor a little bit. but i started with a 50 shot and got tired of it and bumped up to a 75, then the 100 shot. i do not recommend it. and it was a bone stock D, just intake, header and exhaust. you can spray it as much as your wallet will allow. I'd get about 10-12 track passes on a 10lb bottle. and its $35 to fill it up. Hope this helps.

put a 255lph fuel pump in it, other then that check your plugs after a wot pass to make sure its not hella lean, should be fun tho

i know i was excited when i got it couple of years ago for my FG2..but i think the wiring wasnt done right so i was never able to spray. I want to keep it simple and save my motor spraying only a 50 shot here and there.

not sure if this will help you but it tells you what each tps wire is and the color.
