Default Clutch feels different?

So my clutch has been feeling different lately. It feels much stiffer than before, and feels like it wants to stick when it's pressed completely. Is something wrong with my clutch? it still grabs fine, and still drives the way it has been, but the clutch/pedal feels different. What do you all think?

the ball end of the slave cylinder is worn from lack of lubrication...i believe people have fixed it by sanding/filing + polishing the ball end

I got that also. Throughout my ownership of MY02. My clutch pressure had changed in stiffness from Hard-Soft and then back to Hard again. I would go through these changes every 3 months or so (Weather maybe) After that it started changing engagement points. At around 80k my clutch went. But the pedal would change at a noticeable rate. Until the day my clutch went my car drove like normal and never really had issues though.
How many miles on your car? What year?

with the car in neutral, just pump the clutch pedal heaps and see if it eases or makes it worse. Some of my older cars used to get a little sticky in the clutch (and old girlfriends), but pumping the clutch helped (also applies to old girlfriends)

mine just went out about last week...check under the dash..the clutch master cylinder...if it has a little leak..thats your problem..i was driving the car..clutch felt odd..then completely gave out ...poured some brake fluid in the resovior..had 2 keep pumping the clutch but i made it home..then realized the cylinder is shot...it's pretty cheap from honda about 120 or so...
