He won't for couple of reason. He doesn't support small business and it don't financial benefit him. Worst and stupidest mayor of l.a. sad thing he had the support of dumb people of city of los angeles. He ran the city to the ground and drove business away. He just cared about people kissing his ***, looking good in the public and t.v. without doing his job. Sad thing is he will run for governor and he will maybe have a chance of winning. Dumb people will follow him regardless how much he screwed the city and thepublic.

The thing is it would help rid the streets of street racing. It would give mature people the chance to race and not endanger innocent people. It actually is a good idea. But it doesn't support the mayors pocket so it will never happen. Just the life of politics.
