Default Dry throttle body Not Air cooled...What does that mean?

I was reading about a Taurus SHO mod and the owner listed

Dry throttle body not air cooled as a mod.

Anybody knows what the heck does this mean?

I think dry throttle body has to do with were the fuel is injected? (before/after the TB)

Thats the impression I get from looking around online.

yes, dry tb is like a honda, other type is like a 84 pontiac sunbird fuel injection there is one big throttle plate where fuel sqirts into as opposed to 4 independent injectors.
