$6,300(for me) 7k-8k(for others) he knows my boy so he's sellin it to me for cheap, blue book says its worth 7-11k

only things wrong are : back plastic for conv. top has a cut in it but sealed, ABS light is on, #4 cylinder has about 180 in it 280 in the rest, he put oil in it and bumped the compression up a lil and thats about it. I can fix all of this just need a second opionion thanx.

I don't know about those engine issues.

 

i just got my 06 certified with 32000 miles for 20000 otd. i wouldn't touch early ap1 since many problems on it. save more or get a loan for 04 ap2.

 

Enlighten us with these "many problems" that people have been having with AP1's. I don't know of many except for the 2000's that were short a few options since they were fresh releases.

 

Just buy a new built motor and call it a day.

 

yah what problems? I worked at honda for almost 7 years and never had a problem or heard of ne problems unless they were operator errors....and i dont like the AP2'z homie lol

too much money for having to tear apart the engine... plus a new top is a pain in the *** to install. then theres the abs light...

and to top it all off.... the god awful 2 tone interior...

 

If you cannot rebuild the motor yourself then I would stay away from that one. Not sure why the ABS light is on, could just be a sensor.
