Any tips for installing DC headers into a 2000 GSR?

Any tips or things i need to know, to install a DC header into a GSR, 2000

easiet mod short of installing an intake. the bolts on your old header and a-pipe might be a pain in the *** to take off but that's all i can think of.

buy some wd-40 and spray the bolts .. that will help.

breaker bar for that bolt that secures the primary section to the block.

I've used a lot, A LOT, of liquid wrench, breaker bar, and bought an impact wrench in order for me to get those bolts off...good luck

Yeah just beat the crap out of them for a little while then they will come right off...Oh and you don't need to take the fans out you just have to wiggle the header in there right. Very easy install
