All the bolt-ons in the world on an auto EX will still have you in the lower 16's at best.. *MAYBE* a high 15 but it's doubtful. Slap bolt-ons with a 50-shot to compliment it and you should see high 15's prety easily.
my 2000 Civic EX 5spd with CAI, DC 4-2-1 header, a 2.25 exhaust rollin on 15 inch Rota Slipstreams with 205/50/15 Falken Azenis ran consistent 16.4 at 84mph.......I launched my car at 5300rpm......and my 60' was a 2.4

I pulled a 16.13 @ 85mph in my '98 EX with an AEM CAI and DC header, stock exahust and stock slipping clutch
My friend in a '99 DX pulled 16.00 @ 85mph with an AEM CAI, Y8 manifold, my old DC header and an OEM Si catback

Stock tires on those first two? Nice to know putting some money into the engine isn't completely worthless.
my best is 16.1 @ 85mph with only cai, exhaust, and homeade conversion obdI harness using stock p28. no header. i think the conversion helped the most. the stock ecu really sucks i put it back on the other day. with obdI it will go to 7900 instead of the 7400 stock. oh yea, stock slipping clutch too.
edit: on shitty toyo fz4's too
