Default ctr piston into jdm gsr motor

ok does anyone know i got a jdm gsr i looked up the compression ratio and it is 10.8cr now i wanted to swap in 99=00civic si piston but i looked up the spec im looking at 10.2-10.4 cr. so if i do that im lowering the compression. also the gsr head has cams, and other valvetrain. so let me know if i can get away with the ctr pistons or not.. let me know guys.

or what pistons should i swap into that is a littler higher than the gsr but not outrageously retarded like the ctr. something midline but better than the stock gsr pistons.

where did u get the cr numbers from?
I would go with jdm p30s or ITR piston in a street motor
with the ctr pistons the cr will be too high for pump gas..

I'd use the ITR piston p73 JDM....

The ctr's are detonation kings unless you clean them up..and your compression ration will be 13.5.1.

the ITR is about 11:5:1, better for pump gas

so using usdm b16 piston would actually decrease compression ratio right?
