Does anyone have any suggestions on where would be a good shop to install lowering springs for my Accord? (In MA). How much would they charge?

 

Do it yourself. I wrote a small DIY guide that Sabastien is taking pictures for... check back soon.

The install is really straight forward. Don't pay when you can do it yourself.

hey, i did it myself about two years ago, and i didn't know crap. get a Helms manual or some other brand, read sabistians post, and be CAREFUL with the spring compressor and you'll be set. It's relatively easy. Make sure to get an allignment afterwards, you'll need it.

 

Thanks for the info and the upcoming instructions. Will see if I can do it. I live in an apartment, and park on the street, so it might be a little harder, not having my own space.

 

ask a local mechanic if you can rent some space in his shop for a little while most times they will say yes.

 

thats not always is it? on like a 1-1.5 inch drop.
