DPFI 90 crx dx Help! Odee Bogging
Today my friend who has carborated rx-7s got an idea to adjust the idle control screw, and take out the secondary throttle plate along with the gold net inside the dpfi box to get more air. but when i test drove it it was HORRIBLE!!!! sooo slow , lagging, bogging, jumps when i shift like it wants to turn off. so i put everything back and adjusted the idle control screw back down to 850-1000 rpm and still no change! i feel like im driving an automatic d15 with no speed or acceleration AT ALL. please help. my buddy thinks it might be a check ball stuck sumwhere, but idk. please please help. thanks in advance
Look for leftover parts that you (or your idiot buddy) might have left off.
Then take it to a Honda mechanic.
