i have a question can anyone help me in anyway on how to tune the idle screw on the TB? thanks

There isn't an air/fuel ratio screw on the throttle body. You mean idle screw right? You have to disconnect the AICV while the car is at operating temp and then adjust your idle. I believe this is right, but to make sure, search for 'adjusting idle' , and this also would have been a better thread title than 'need help'.
