from what i remember, the blue/white and yellow wires are going to plug into the IACV, which is the weird barrel looking thing on the back of your intake manifold.
the red/white and green/white wires are going to plug into the white plug that looks like it is directly bolted to the intake manifold.
my best advice is hit up the local junk yard, all civics from 88 to atleast 95 are going to have those two plugs you need with the same matching colored wires (regardless of being DPFI or MPFI). only difference you may notice is OBD0 cars have whitish plugs, and obd1 cars have gray plugs. but they still plug to your intake manifold no problem.

the intake air temp (IAT) sensor wires (red with yellow stripe and green with white stripe) go into the engine harness loom and end up at the plugs at the firewall on the passenger side
the other 3 wires may be for the alternator - what color stripes are on the wires? - they are definitely not for the IACV (EACV) - it is a 2-wire connector with blue/yellow and black/yellow wires

i know it's kind of a DUH moment but with out being able to physically look at your motor all i can suggest is to just look EVERYWHERE to see if things are un plugged of or is something looks like it is missing
