Default 1989 civic running rough

so today my car started acting up, when i start it in the morning it spits out a lot of what looks like carbon but runs perfectly fine but after it warms up it wants to die and spit and sputters. I changed the plugs just because they were charred black. Any ideas? it just all of a sudden started this today. any suggestions would be great.

Car is running really rich and when it starts running weird it idles between 100 and 300 rpms and i have to give it half throttle to bring it back up, when i do that it kinda misses but it seems like its just trying to clear out all the fuel

Check your map sensor, it's located on the firewall, it'll have a tube that runs from the bottom to the intake manifold. If that's fallen off or has a hole in it, your car will run really rich.
