Should I get jspec headers or DC?
I want some headers for my sohc civic and there's a guy selling some jspec headers for $35 and another guy selling DC headers for $50.
I never heard of jspec so are those any good or would I be better off with the DC headers?

either way u prob wont see much of a power difference... ive never heard much good about DC headers... just a popular company name...
i have no experience with jspec though.
id save your money and find a good header that has proven gains.

What brand of headers have proven gains?
Hey and the DC headers the guy is selling have some rust but he said the headers are a ceramic material....how is that possible and how do you fix that on that kind of material?By sanding and painting them?

the dc header always like to crack around the tube welds comming off the intake..they are ceramic coated to help keep the temp down...Skunk2 and GReddy are proven manufacturers of headers but they are expensive..just remember u only get what u pay for..out of the two tho i would go for dc but just inspect them well or u will get beat i promise
should look like new then and the blk makes it look meaner!

The guy said he had a single cam, that's only available for a DOHC as far as I know.
If you have a 1.5 liter, definitely get a header if you can find one cheap. You won't make a large top end gain in performance, but it definitely helps midrange.

how many "headers" can you fit on an inline 4 cylinder engine? I say you are wasting your money by buying either. Put your money toward something worthy of your money.
had dc headers and j spec ones .its a hard 1. dc gave me a pull in tork and vtec.now i got j spec on my 2000 si bottom end is weak now but kicks hard at higher rpm.funny how each 1 werx different.
