Default Valve Cover Breather or Block Breather?

Hey guys, just a bit confused here. I know this stuff depends on the power output and how tight the motor is but i wanted a setup recommended for me.

I've seen the T1 style setup but will it be overkill for someone running 10psi stock block with room for 1bar (After build). This is on a basic T3.T4 setup.

Ideally, I want to run just the valvecover setup as I don't like the idea of having crappy mixed oil returned back into my engine.. What's the limit for this setup? Will it be better for my engine to have the T1 style breather kit?

Its gonna help the motor relieve crank case pressure more, so yes it would be worth it. The oil thats gonna get collected inside the box is already coming out of the engine, so its not like your dumping foreign contaminates back inside the engine.

Never thought of it that way! What about just the block setup?
