Icon3 F22B2/F22B1 swap problems

I just recently blew my 95 F22B2 OBD1 motor and bought a 97 F22B1 OBD2 engine and through it in, I used my OBD 1 ECM,Distributor and wiring harness, the only sensor thats not hooked up is the knock sensor but since my old setup didnt have it and im using that ECM so i figured it wasnt needed. I have fuel,Spark and it turns just cant get it to run...Am I missing something, according to the timing gear and checkin the #1 piston it seems to have perfect timing. Where is the # 1 plug on the distributor?? doesnt it point to the front of the car?? please help me, this not having a car is killing me

The #1 plug on the distributor should point up.

Make sure you have your engine harness/ECU grounds connected as well.
