i blame the fram oil filter.

you CANNOT use those oil filters on hondas.

their designed to overheat and the material in the black part of the top of the filter breaks down and causes exactly your problem. blown blocks.

the block has been sitting on the porch of my workshop for over a year open to the weather and wildlife, lol

LOL, i picked up a blown block this weekend... it had installed on it... a FRAM FILTER! lololol.
