Hey H-Ter's I currently have a P28 with Hondata S100 installed and I want to change to Chrome so I can do my own tuning. What is required to do the swap? Do I just need to purchase a basic chipping kit from someone like moates and start from scratch or do I just remove the S100 dongle and go from there?

You'll have to start from scratch.
If you want to do real-time tuning with Crome you'll need:
An Ostrich 175
A Hulog 30
A Crome Pro License 150
Total 355
I'm leaving the burner out for this comparison because you can choose to leave your ostrich hanging there and just run off of that. You'd need a burner+chip if you want to burn a chip at the end of it all $85
Or you can spend a little extra (399) and get something worth the money... The NepTune RTP package provides a lot more features than crome and they all work. It's an all-in-one unit that installs into the ECU, provides real-time datalogging/tuning, and you can use the ECU you have already. It's backed by the best support in the market and a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Check it out.

Thanks HR, this is just a daily driver "toy" with a ITR motor in it so I don't really need anything that serious yet...
I just wanna be able to clean up the map thats currently in it, its quite rich and gets terrible fuel mileage and I feel it is just missing something compared to other ITR swapped hatchs.

It's $40 for a system that works properly. Serious or not, you may want to consider it over Crome. Just read up on some of the issues Crome has. Good luck!
I would spend $200 more on Hondata, Neptune or eCtune over crome.
A lot of people don't know crome has issues until they compare it side by side on a car with another EMS.
