Default poor gas milage, wierd idle and air fuel issues.

New fun issues with the Sol. 90% sure it's a sensor, but can't figure out which one.

94 Sol, CTR motor, JRSC, Hondata ECU. Tune has been working fine for the last year.

The idle randomly jumps, but the iac isn't causing it. it will go from 850 to 980ish and run lean, then will randomly change back to 850 and run normal. It will run for about 3-4 minutes each time. When I stomp on the throtte and let off the idle will drop to 400 and engine will struggle to get the idle back up to 850, but not all the time.

While driving at a constant speed, it will randomly lean out. While accelerating it runs rich. I only got 180 miles out of the last full tank, it usually gets around 260 miles per tank.

The tune in the ECU has not changed, I even uploaded it again to make sure it wasn't the issue.

Map sensor reading matches the boost gauge reading at idle and when stepping on the gas (can't check while driving because my laptop sucks), o-rings looked good, couldn't find any vacuum leaks.

Spark plugs looked normal and spark was good when tested.

Scratching my head here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I should probably mention it's running in open loop.
