Default Fitting aftermarket rods on OEM pistons?

i gots some ctr pistons which provides my ls/vtec with more then enuff compression. however i wanna swap out my stock ls rods for some EAGLES. i know these two dont fit because of the differences in the wrist pins. i wanna kno what needs to be done to make this combo work and would this be as reliable as any other combo? and how much would it usually cost to make em fit? i dont want to buy any new pistons cuz i feel the ctr's serve the purpose i want them to. any info appreciated..thanx

You need to have your CTR pistons machined to accept pin locsks for the floating pin set-up required on aftermarket rods.

I can have this done for you if you like.
