so im getting pretty mad at this point with my parts not coming in..i ordered a hub, quick release, and steering wheel from R-Speed.com on decmeber 25th of 09 and they still have not came in..so im thinking its probably cause of the holidays but c'mon..its been a damn week..i check the status of the order and it still says "processing". so i wanna know wat should i do? ive sent them 2 e-mails and no response..wat should i do..they dont have a # to call at or anything.. i need some advice..

You ordered a part on Christmas day and on New Year's day, you're surprised it's still not here? I feel bad for the company that sold to you as I'm sure you're going to give them grief because you're not bright enough to realize that ordering items anywhere in North America, South America, or Europe during that period of time is going to take longer than usual.


Here's some advice: They're on vacation along with half the world, give them a few days to get back and process your order.

 

good idea. i doubt they would try to f*ck you over like that... but honstly two big holidays just happened. ive always read it takes 5-7 days to processs an order. mabey somethings on backorder and they forgot to tell you?

uhm no i totally agree with his point. He is right and I know where he is coming from if this was posted in gdd where most these type of threads get posted op would have been raped. I thought this was a joke at first. Give them some time their are plenty of websites that just don't update their status....including frequently the Canadian Post office. If you seriously expected to get your part this quick your out of your mind. Did you read any review on that website before buying from them.

 

I agree with most others here, chill out. You ordered through a busy time of the year and plus like has been pointed out, most companies take some time off during Christmas and New Years. And when they come back its usually really hectic for awhile as they are playing catchup. Take a deep breath and relax..count to 10 if it helps
