One at valve cover one at transmission one at thermostat housing and I am sure that the Cab harness has a couple but I have never pulled a Cab harness.

there is one under the dash left drivers side by the main relay.

Is there spark?

check battery and ecu fuse?
ecu light blink when you turn power on?

That is easy to check. Uncap the battery and check the fluid level. If it is low you should use deionized water to fill up.
charge battery and fire it up.
get your voltimeter and check for correct current from the alternator gold prong (has a 10mm bolt securing the chargine wire.) I think it should be 14v

Sounds like the alternator to me if you don't have a volt meter you can take off the alternator and bring it to a parts store they should be able to check your alternator and battery for free.

hope this helps good luck
