Default adjusting rockers

i have a 98 ek with a f20b swap wnting to adjust the rockers was wondering if i need to ajust it like a h22 and how do i get started what piston up first and what rotation any help would be appreciated

Adjust it the same as every other DOHC VTEC engine, but google up the proper valve lash specs.

Start with Cyl 1 by putting have cam arrows facing up
Turn cams 90 degrees counterclockwise, adjust #3
Another 90 degrees counterclockwise to where the cam gears are pointing down and do #4
Another 90 degrees for #2.
