Whats the chances of blowing an oil cooler gasket? my car is leaking oil from where my filter and oil cooler sits. it drips onto my block then drips down to my headers. i checked but its pretty tight down there to actually look up while the car is running, so its hard to indicate where exactly it is coming from. any ideas would be great thanks

They go out all the time on H22A4s, so I doubt the B-Series is any different.

Remove filter.
Use 30mm socket to remove cooler.
Go to dealer, grab new seal for $2.97
Pop it on
Tighten it up
Put filter back on
Drive around without smelling oil burn.

yeah kinda of funny but it works. ahaha

 

changing it is cake, my friends 93 prelude si used to have this smoke effect caused from the oil dripping on the exhaust funny sht, lol. it's a common problem, but dammnit why doesnt my gsr have an oil cooler?

 

gsr's dont come with them. just buy one for it

 

so i got her done but still seems to be leaking a little bit...starting to think its the stupid oil filter as well...and yes i torqued my oil cooler to 54lbs on my torque wrench
