My girlfriend recently bought a 98 civic ex and theres this humming noise coming from the back of car. The noise seems to get louder when driven on the freeway and also the steering wheel vibrates. Any guesses to what it would be ? Thanks in advance

 

rear: possible tire that has been worn unevenly or feathered or a bad wheel bearing
front: likely an out of balance wheel

 

x2^ i guess the muffler could also be a little lose the vibrations could pick up at different speeds

 

I guess first thing i should do is rotate the wheels to see if the noise transfers and what should be my next thing i should check? I do see some camber wear on the inner side of the rear wheels.
