The Burn2 is more than capable of burning what you need. There's some chips included. All you need is a socket installed. A wideband is always a good choice when tuning.

If the software supports Ostrich you'll be able to do real-time tuning.

LC-1 is a good wideband, so are the PLX units.

There is an editor for OBD0 that does boost on PR3... You'll have to look.

If you don't find that as a good option for your setup, get an OBD1 conversion harness and use something way better, like NepTune RTP.

BRE will run a OBD-0 boosted engine. It was made for PR3 and PW0 ecus. It has real time programming and datalogging capability. I have used the ostrich and burn1 with a lot of success. One of the major problems with boosted motors and BRE is running larger than stock injectors. Alot of the features to control fueling are simply not there. Injector scaling is available but tip-in, cranking fuel, etc are not. Cold cranks with 680s on a B16 are not very fun.

I recently switched to OBD-1. Neptune was used to tune my car. It is a 1.8L making 225 whp. I switched because we ran out of injector (240s) on the dyno. How well a car runs is dependent on a alot of things but two of the most important are the tuners ability and the capability of the tuning software. I can easily making the switch, running Neptune, and maybe my tuner if you are within the NY, PA, MD area.

Try looking for a link on http://forum.pgmfi.org
My suggestion would be to upgrade to obd1
