Sometimes when I accelerate my car gives me no power and the engine coul starts to stutter(worse at low speeds, performs better when going fast). Also when this problem started occuring i also noticed the idel on my car is rougher. Ive been told that this could be either the result of my fuel pump going, clogged fuel filter, clogged catalyic converter or fuel injectors. If any one has more information to which of these is the most probably given the circumstances I would really apperciate the help. Thanks again!!!

 

my car surges while driving and the CEL was on. when i took it to autozone a faulty catalytic converter was one of the probable causes. might be the same for you.
