Default H22 Only runs good when at operating temperature

okay i know theres lots of topics like this but no ones problems are like mine that ive seen

Hey guys
Ive got a 99 Civic with a H22 from a 01 SH
The car runs like crap when i first start it up it idles around 600-800
it throws a IAC code i think code 14
But once it warms up and idles at like 1200 or close to Operating temp i can shut the car off turn it back on and it will run like a champ no engine code nothing
Any ideas ?
Ive got a vaccum leak on the injectors about to replace them and replace the coolant temp sensor .. The car does not surge on idle like some cars that have a messed up IAC do .. so im in the dark on this situation

forgot to say
I have my FITV blocked off
My Iac is from a 94 95 Prelude

replaced coolant temp sensor no change at all

hey i kinda have the same problem but with a starting problem too slightly different. It takes exactly 4-5 key turns to start the car..first two do nothing, 3rd turns a little, 4th starts and idles super low and stalls or stays on and revs back up, and 5th guaranteed start lol.. everytime.

As soon as it starts i cant really drive the car and it runs like crap and idles really low around 500. i have to really drag out the clutch to get it going if i try and drive it before it warms up and its just a pain to try and drive, i don't know if its throwing a code i haven't checked it but im curious now.. but as soon as it warms up, its good to go.. this has happened in all temperatures so that's not the issue. i am also on a chipped ecu (h23a) and had it tuned.. i actually don't think i had this problem before i got it tuned... but i cant say for sure i don't remember. Im pretty sure i don't have any vacuum leaks to my knowledge.. my car has been looked over a few times to make sure everything is good.

Why do you have your fitv blocked? Fitv is there to allow more air into the engine when it's cold. If you're getting an IACV code, change the IACV. The IACV controls how much air your engine gets once it's warmed up. Those are two key components when running in cold weather, yet you ask what's wrong...?? Why would you even ask when the very two components that make a cold car run are either blocked off or throwing codes...?

I have a H22A red top CB7 and had that same problem. It was alot of things wrong I had to fix for it to stop. First a bad o2 sensor then I had to change the IACV then fixed a small vacuum leak then replaced my cap and rotor plugs wires, then my temp sensor and it was fixed. Thats all the help I can give.
