91 civic hatch coilovers
Tokico blues are not good for anything lower than a 1.5" drop. If you keep it above a 1.5" drop your ride wont be too bad, but the shocks will be very underdampended when paired up with either of the coilovers you are looking at.
The good thing about Ground Controls is that you can order a custom spring rate from them. Off the Shelf they are 350 lb/in front and 250(ish) lb/in rear for EF's. Skunk2 coilover springs are in the 500's both front and rear IIRC.
Keep in mind that you can replace the coilover springs and change the rates on BOTH sleeves.
So it boils down to this:
I have owned both and I think both are awesome. The key is that you get GOOD shocks that can handle higher spring rates especially when the car is lowered.
I prefer the GC sleeves over the skunk2's because they are easier to adjust. GC's use an allen pinch bolt while the skunk2's use two collars that lock together and sometimes freeze in place which is a huge PITA.
By "GOOD" shocks I mean, Tokico Illuminas, KYB AGX, Koni Yellows, Bilstein Sport etc.
What shocks are you running them with?

Ground Control all the way. I have had them on every Honda I've ever had (on #7 right now). Very easy to adjust, like mentioned above and a really nice ride. Make sure that if you use Koni or Bilstien you get the appropriate G/C coil-over sleeve, as there are two different part numbers depending on your shock setup.
im wanting to drop it probly like 2" or 2.5", so pretty low. im not really going for a race car quality ride, but comfortable and not bouncy would be nice. im a newb and dont know much about spring rates and sleeves... enlighten me please.
That being said, "spring rate" refers to the amount a spring compresses when loaded with a certain amount of weight. The stock springs on EF hatches are rated at 250 pounds per inch in the front and 150 pounds per inch in the back.
For example, when you brake, the front of your car dips down as weight shifts forward. The front springs will compress 1 inch for every 250 pounds of weight (force) that pushes down on the spring. The higher the spring rate, the more weight required to compress the spring and vice-versa. Make sense?
I don't feel like hosting pics of coilover sleeves to show you haha.
So click the link below and you will see what I mean.
The collar is GOLD and the sleeve is RED : http://www.dynotechonline.com/store/images/4516_dp.jpg
