I've ran Skunk2's on my Integra and now my HB. I liked them a whole lot more than some Ground Control's I had. The ride is not all that harsh or bouncy. I would suggest some shocks to go with them.

my boy has them in his lude and all i have to say is the ride quality is not all that great. maybe if you throw in some shocks with the setup you can get better performance out of them............*shrugs*

The Skunk coilovers are decent for the price, but have a very high spring rate at 500lb/in per corner. I have Koni adjustables, which are not valved to handle a load over 350 (maybe 400) lb/in rates. If you want a spring rate that high, you'll need to get a set of shocks and have them custom valved. Might I suggest this thread for a little info on Koni revalving... The Question of Koni Yellows and Spring Rates Put to Rest?

I should mention that the 500# per corner is for the Accord application.
