Default Identify Eibach Springs?

I search and all i could find was 1 post but it didn't really help...

https://honda-tech.com/forums/suspension-brakes-54/help-identify-eibach-springs-2358988/

I previously had the H&R Race Spring part # 51807.88 which was 2.25 drop for the front and 2.0 drop for the rear. I still had about a finger gap between the tire and the fender but I thought it was too low for my daily driver so I purchase some used Eibach lowering spring 4007.102 and 4007.301 but I couldn’t find any information online. I just assumed that they where the older model Eibach Pro kit 4007.140 and decided to install it. After installation and lower my CRX, I notice my low pro jack was completely stuck after I drop it all the way and my front end was slammed….

Basically I need some info on the Eibach spring 4007.102 and 4007.301… Anyone had a similar problem?

what color are they? the metallic grey are the pro kit (im rocking thoes and the drop is like an inch and a half or so.) the red ones ( wich i think you might have) are the sportline and that drop is like 2 inch to like about 2.5. these numbers might be a bit off but the red are sportline and drop the car till the wheel lines up with the fender or tuck in the fender! hope this helps!

sorry didnt look at the link! thoes are prokit byt the color...maybethe springs where where cut chec the corners! you shouldnt have a hug drop. ill check me part number!

The one i have is black.. I just copy the picture from the link above and it looks just like it. From what I see, the spring haven't been cut or modify...

measure the spring height. should be 7" to 9" tall. any thing shorter then that and you'll need a collar to adjust height. that's the only advice i can give you. hope it helps.

I actually compare the springs side by side with the H&R spring and i did see about an inch difference so i was like cool... but i couldn't pull my jack out once i lower it with the eibach..... the H&R spring made my CRX low but i could still pull the jack out from the front.

BTW, i believe the 4007.102 is the front and the 4007.301 is rear but I could be wrong.

301 is front bro. 102 is rear. That is why the front end is slammed.

swap them around

lol I did a search and some people said the 102 was the front and other said the 301... I just compare it with the H&R front spring and the 102 looked more similar so I just slap that one... Will update right after I swap it around...

This is a shot of them installed on my old Koni Sport shocks. You can barely see the numbers but you can see that 301 is the front.

I know this is a really old thread but does anyone know if these will work on a 98 Civic Sedan LX. There's a local guy selling a set 4007.102and 4007.301 and said they fit on his 98 just want to double check the fitting.

Update: Just got off the phone with Eibach and they said no go they are for the older Civics so not sure what they guy was doing with them on his car.

cause he wanted to make his car look hellaflush. you would probably be scraping frame with this setup, or tucking tire real good.
