AXEL REMOVEL..... need help!
I am trying to take the half shaft out of the hub, it is stuck in the though, ive been pounding at the axel bolt but it wont come out, i have also tried prying it out of the hub but that wont work... ANY IDEAS!!! PLEASE
Have you tried spraying PB Blaster or WD40 in there? I've been lucky so far and haven't had a shaft get stuck in the hub. I always put anti-seize on the splines before I install the axle too. Good luck.

ive put decreaser on it, where should i try hiting with a hammer, ive trying prying it and i have his the axel bolt many times.... i just cant get the damn thing out
oh!!
take the hub OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!
sit it upright (in a vise) and soak it with WD40 - NOT degreaser!
if no WD40 use any anti-seize penetrating oil.
soak it overnite....
tehn hit the tip of hte axle once hard nad hte axle will drop neatly onto your big toe...

pull off the caliper, hang it with some wire so it does not have any tension on the brake line. disconnect the ball joint from the upper control arm to the knuckle. there is a little cover over it, remove the 2 10mm bolts holding it on. or just get an air chisel.

just use a press its easy as pie.......just dont let the axle fall on your foot
using a center punch chisel in the little recess in the end of the shaft and a 2 lb sledge shouldn't be a problem

Not much money. You can get speedy boots for them. Make sure they are sealed well though and the axles are well lubricated. If those axles you have haven't been changed before consider just buying new ones. They are around 70 a piece and it couldn't hurt while you have it apart.
If it's still stuck just do what they said and try PB Blaster. That stuff is the shizz.

Heres a real easy way to get it out. Bang on it from the outside in. Put the hub back in and bolt it in. You do have the trany side out right? Then just bang it through from outside. Putting degreaser will only take away greese which in this case is what you want to make it slide. That PB Breaks loose stuff works great as well.
