Help, My Window Keeps Falling off it's Track

Anyones window keep falling off track?
anything i can do?

seems like the tracks are bent. try straiting them out and use silacone spray on the tracks and it will glide. just a pointer

replace the rubber guides.

My regulator crapped out and my window dropped down. The belt was just hanging out inside the door. 150 bucks for a used one and a bit of my time and it was back to good again.
