Default Searched: Need information on converting an internal wastegated ramhorn manifold

Need info, pics, places to buy part to convert my ramhorn manifold from internally wastegated to external wastegated.

I plan on fabbing it much like most ramhorns..fullrace etc. I wanted pics of anyone whose seen or done this and also, I cant find part anywhere to do this i.e the tubing that would come of the manifold. Can I just use generic manifold tubing?

Any information would be appreciated....and yes Ive searched but I might have missed what I was looking for.

TIA

1.25" Sch40 elbow or straight section ($3) *you gotta pick where you want the wastegate to sit*
w/g flange for your choice of w/g ($15)

Yea I was interested until I saw it was internally wastegated...

Good deal if you can switch it over fairly easy.

That setup should be capable...find you a good tig welder. That would be a notorious spot for cracking from shitty welds. Cam, my car is good..just drive it daily. Ditched the GT2860rs & delta cam last year and upgraded to the Bullseye s256 w/ Bisi 1.2 cam. Made 333whp then ran out of MAP around 18 psi. I was content to jump to a 4bar and make more power, but I'm very happy with those power levels on the street ..Hope you can enjoy that soon! Hallas bro.

Glad the setup is running good. You should grab the aem 3bar map. I got mine from Phantasm for dirt. Not i just gotta get my parts together and find a deal on some decent tractions bars and ill have a fun street setup like yours. Btw at the ch.com mods meeting, a couple members were chatting up your car. its known statewide...well done sir.

Alan sends his best by the way. Ill be going to him asap for my new alarm setup as well.
