Default Car wont start help please

i have a 95 cx hatch. ihad a b16 in it and i decided to fully build it but in the mean time i put a d15b7 in it just so i could drive for a month or 2. it was driving alright once i out it in except it bogged really bad until like 4 grand in 1st then it would drive normal. then 2 days ago i checked the codes and it was throwing a code 48 which is lean air sensor. then the next time i tried starting it it wouldnt start and hasnt started since. i cant figure it out. the fuel pump is turning on its getting spark. not alot of spark but it should be enough to fire the engine. what could it be?

Cap/Rotor first place I'd start. Personal experience with that engine 'bog'... c&r took care of it both times.

Check the fuel filter and MAP sensor voltage.

Could it be that the ECU is not compatible with the swapped engine. Too lean? Maybe it is the sensor being read wrong by the ECU. Can't say for sure though. You would have to look at the system parts for a good troubleshoot.
