i have a 95 eg h22 and i have these mods, ihe, hondata s300 on a p72 ecu.... i got it tuned for non vtec due to bad vss sensor but i turned off the vss on hondata so i could have vtec is this hurting my motor?????

Not hurting the motor, just hurting extra power from mid to high range. I suggest picking up a vss. I assume you are using a H series transmission. I may have an extra vss. PM me if you need one.

 

Install a vss, properly tune the car.

 

so how much power u think im losing from this????

your didn't loose any power but you better put a good vss on it
