If your running a Vtec head go with either a zex 59300 or a Crower stage 2 turbo cam both are great cams, best bang for your buck
If your running non-vtec you will probably have to have a company grind you a camshaft because most shops dont stock camshafts for non-vtec single cams
i would recomend Bisimoto for this they are very good with D series

nice thats my vid... car ended up going 11.3 @ 120mph on pump gas, and 10.9 @ 127 on pump/c16 mix.
colt cams gets my thumbs up! not to mention a 5 year warranty on their cams, who else offers that!?
