check harnesses for the turn signals and such...i had a trun signal wire that was rubbing the frame up front. grounded out
since u fix it, but for future anyone else. wire in the stereo harness, a lot of ppl leave that wire out, is a dimming light, that wire is hot, and it hit the stereo chassis and ground out, and pop the fuse, second is license plate light, i seen it happen all the time. here a cheap tester that u can use. get a blinkder relay for chevy or something. that is pretty cheap, two leg on it. and silver and round, hook two wires on it and connect where the fuse is(removing the burned fuse) and plug it where u would use it as a fuse. it will complete the circuit till it over load circuit then it will disconnect it self, then when cool down it complete the circuit again, so just like how a blinker work. and it give u time to find where the short is, sometime u can hear the short, thats how i found the two short problem for my friend crx.
look under your dash for the blinker wires etc then check your corner light harnesses head light harnesses all that good **** if any wires are touching the frame its grounding out my cousin had this problem on his crx it started to melt up the wires under the dash right by the fuse box they should have some tape on them from the factory also check your tail light sockets ive seen some pretty ****ed up sockets that melted so bad the power and the ground melted together
