Default Clock problem..

My cousin has a 91 integra RS. Everytime he sets his clock on his dash.. He drives around come home parks the car.. Turn off engine.. Turn it back on the clock stays at 1:00. no matter what time we set it at. When the car is off and turned on, It goes back to 1:00. Any ideas? Checked all fuses nothing is wrong.. Would you think the clock itself is broken? or Any shorts in the wire harness?

the memory wire going to the clock could have a short... i would find it and then connect it to a constant 12

I'm sure I checked it and the fuse didn't blew yet. I'll try and replace it with a new one.

i had this problem before, its not the fuse. Check one of the wiring behind your dash see if its connected up correctly. My friend fixed mines so i'm not sure which wiring sorry..
