Default short circuit or somthing

I have some problems with my II generation crx 91. Problem is is a short circuit or something i think. I measured with multimeter and 90mA is too much. Then if i take out fuse (Turn signals and Back-up lights) then its drops normal 14mA. Can anyone help?

The fuse marked "back up" may not be reverse lights, it may be back up or constant, usualy runs memory for the clock, dome light, and radio memory. Dont know what the turn signal fuse would change, it is wired swithced, not hot with key off. I'd start by removing the radio harness followed by the clock.

I think it's reverse light fuse. For clock, radio and interior lights there is another fuse. Any more ideas?
