what stock headgasket to use on a D16y8 head and D16y7 bottom end?

Default what stock headgasket to use on a D16y8 head and D16y7 bottom end?

my car is turbo so i dont think i want to get the y8 headgasket i heard it was much thinner. should i go w/ the y7?

any suggestions

Either one will work, the Y7 will reduce compression a touch (.2), not a huge difference.
